 Begin training as soon as possible to help your dog develop positive routines and habits from the start. While puppies receive much of their socialization during the first 12 weeks with their mothers and littermates, it's now your turn to step into the role of pack leader and continue their training journey.

Our Mind Your Manners Puppy Head Start Program begins just a few days after your puppy settles into their new home. For even faster results, you can bring your puppy directly to us! Puppies have short attention spans, so it's important to start early in a focused environment to maximize their learning potential.

Your puppy will receive training in the following key areas:

• Housebreaking
• Crate Training and its benefits
• Basic Commands: Sit, stay, come, and down
• Gate and Door Control
• Walking on a Leash (including proper lead handling)
• Distance Control (staying with you despite distractions)
• Socializing with people and other pets
• Puppy Proofing Your Home
• Bad Behavior Management and Prevention: Addressing jumping up, mouthing, play biting, and chewing

All training is based on natural, positive reinforcement techniques—no shock or prong collars.
