Training for Guide, Deaf, or Mobility Service Dogs is available at an additional cost.

 Program Length

4 Weeks, divided into two structured phases

Weeks 1–2: Obedience Training

• All obedience skills listed above
   
• Strong foundation for future service dog work
   
• Potty training, including no accidents in public places
   
• Socialization with people and other dogs
   
• Clear understanding that when the service vest is on and the dog is “working,” the dog:
   
  • Does not potty
     
  • Does not eat or drink
     
  • Does not socialize
     

including: Weeks 3–4: Service Dog Training

• Exposure to real-world public environments,
   
  • Stores
     
  • Elevators
     
  • Escalators
     
  • Restaurants
     
• Polite public behavior:
   
  • No jumping
     
  • No accidents
     
• Confidence-building experiences to support future service dog tasks
   

At the completion of the program, your puppy will go home with:

• Service dog vest
   
• ID badges
   
• Certificate of completion
   
• Official online registration
