Mancini has dedicated his career to training "man's best friend." His journey began at Southeastern Guide Dogs, where he learned the specialized skills necessary to train dogs for guiding visually impaired individuals. Mancini went on to become one of only a handful of people in the world trained to teach wheelchair guide dogs—a highly specialized task that involves working with guide dogs trained to assist those who are both visually impaired and require the use of a wheelchair.
Desiring to extend his expertise to the public sector, Mancini founded Mind Your Manners Canine Training in 2004. Since then, he has worked with over 4,100 dogs and their owners. Mancini is skilled in reading dog body language, behavior modification, and teaching dog obedience.
His training philosophy is based on positive reinforcement, patience, and respect for the animal, ensuring that every dog learns in a supportive and understanding environment.
Mancini has been featured in The Sarasota Tribune, Manatee Herald, and on FOX 13 News for his exceptional work in dog training.
